We buy secondhand books in wholesale quantities (50 – 1000 books) at wholesale prices (RM2 – RM5)
Indicate the number of books and your location.
Snap Photos of your books, showing CLEARLY the titles on the spine and edges of the book (refer to photos below)
We will arrange for Grab delivery or you can also opt to drop the books to us. We are based in Taman Desa, KL.
Photos of the spine help us to quickly see the titles you have
The top of the books helps us see any aging effects from the sun, as the top of the book is most often exposed
Photos of the side give us an idea of the general condition of the book, where we can see signs of foxing, tanning or water damage
While we try to give all books a new home, there is a point at which the condition of the book means we can’t sell it. For this reason we ask that you look at the images below to understand the books that we can’t accept.
While foxing is to be expected in a humid country like Malaysia, there is a limit.
Books in the condition shown here, really can’t be sold.
Obviously when people buy books from us, we want to ensure they are happy with their purchase, so we must exclude books that are very damaged.
Copied books are often done so illegally, so that is something we cannot sell. And also if a book has been made available free of charge, we can’t in good conscience sell these books either.
Q: I HAVE LESS THAN 50 BOOKS. IS THAT OK?
A: Unfortunately no. We prefer large quantities to justify the wholesale prices and transport charges. As we have a lot of operating costs to cover, we must keep our book costs low.
Q: WHAT KIND OF BOOKS DO YOU BUY?
A: We accept all English books EXCEPT for:
• Badly damaged books (i.e. missing/loose/torn/heavily scribbled pages)
Remember if you wouldn’t buy them, please don’t sell them.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT BOOK DONATIONS?
A: Yes we do. There is no limit to how many books you would like to donate, but they must follow the same condition requirements as outlined above. We still need to be able to sell donated books, so we are able to give a charitable donation for all donated books sold.
