This is neither a doctrinal treatise nor a theological discourse but an attempt t address a void in the church as I see it. The subject "Woman" defines description and denies definition. Thus, this study does not exhaust all that can be observed or researched into concerning women's ministry. I welcome ay contributions that may help in better understanding the ministry of women. The church must go back to Biblical patterns and principles. The ministry of women as a whole and the ministry of older women to younger women in particular has been largely neglected.
