Earth's ecology has always been global; the relationships between men and their economies have not. Now advances in telecommunications and transportation not to mention the scale of production have brought about economic globalization.
Pollution is a global problem and so is the exhaustion and waste of resources. These problems must be solved by people everywhere. Resources are running out and damage is being caused to the environment and to humans which must be stopped quickly.
This publication has three purposes:
1) To contribute toward raising the general level of public awareness about the pollution threat to our planet, the necessity of avoiding waste and the need to make resources renewable.
2) To suggest positive steps which can be taken by individuals, companies and governments to limit pollution and waste and to ensure resource renewability.
