Description
From the high seas on the MV Logos to an overland trip to Malaysia in a dilapidated vehicle, Rodney shows that serving the Lord in missions can be challenging, exhausting, frustrating and hilarious-but never boring! He tells of his involvement in missions work to those countries most hostile to the gospel, of the tragedy of young lives lost in the service of the Lord and of the extreme poverty of the Indian slums.
There are days spent playing frisbee in no man's land awaiting entry to India, being 'taken for a ride' by Kazakh horsemen and enjoying a Mongolian barbecue. From travelling the waterways of Bangladesh in a patched up boat, to flying first class with an international airline, Rodney has certainly 'been there and done that!'
