Youth are important for pioneering a new era. They are the ones who will create and change history with their determination and strength. This is the unchanging principle. Hence, the future of the world and humankind will be determined by the youth.
With a view to raising capable young people who will shoulder the mission of changing human history, SGI President Ikeda has since August 1992, in the midst of his heavy schedule, conducted a series of dialogue with the youth and student representatives at the Nagano Training Centre, the Nagano Youth Training Centre and other places in Japan. During the dialogue sessions, besides answering the questions raised by the youth, President Ikeda also touched on Buddhism, life, the world, history, and etc.
