Chef Elfwing grew up in Landskrona in South Sweden, a small coastal town known more for its frosty temperatures than its food. His early interest in cooking was sparked by his family (his father was also a chef). Chef Elfwing has worked in restaurants and a winery in Australia - Perth and Adelaide - and did a stage at The Fat Duck. An innovative chef who is constantly researching and upgrading his culinary art, he is open to new ideas and loves unfussy, flavourful food although he is trained to present sophisticated food because of the demands of his guests.
