For Belinda, it was in 1969 at a Navigators' Discipleship Conference that Africa first beckoned. Both caught the vision and obeyed God's will. God the divine matchmaker led them ultimately to each other, grooming and equipping them for His purpose in Africa. They stepped out in faith on a journey that would take them from Singapore to Africa to East Asia and beyond. Andrew served as a missionary doctor in Galmi Hospital and Belinda ministered to the womenfolk and children in the villages. They returned to Singapore after 12 years in Africa, but continued serving in missions till Andrew was called home to the Lord in January 2019. Belinda remains actively involved in missions.
