Description
The stories in this book have all been chosen by children - five thousand of them - through the members of the Federation of Children's Book Groups. They have been tested and co-ordinated by parents and teachers who read the stories aloud. They also recorded the children's comments, and some of these comments are reproduced alongside each story.
The result is a collection of real children's favourites, for families to share with children from four to fourteen.
