I believe that every human being has been created with greatness in mind. Within us all is a deep well of incredible potential.
Bob Richards, the Olympic pole vaulter, put it this way: 'There is genius in every person.' Zig Ziglar's favourite expression runs along similar lines: 'People are designed for accomplishment, engineered for success, and endowed with the seeds of greatness.'
While I believe these sentiments with all my heart, I realise that not all reach their potential.
