The writing in Book Two is slightly different from Book One. In this second book, development activities and results are not only viewed from a sectoral perspective, but also from a regional aspect. It has tried to make an inventory of various development activities, problems and results achieved by each Level II Region in North Sumatra, each in its own chapter.It should also be understood that the sectoral aspects that have been discussed and discussed in the First Book are no longer described in this Second Book, except for a few things which are considered to be closely related, as well as the development of data from year to year up to 1977. Therefore, the completeness of information and data regarding North Sumatra Building must be seen in the two books.
