This book is a compilation of 27 strange, sometimes bizarre, stories which had happen to pilgrims while they were in Mecca. Their stories were re-lived by famous religious figures and mutawifs who had vast experience in dealing with Hajj and Umrah groups.
When these stories first appeared in Mastika's magazine, the readers' respond were astounding. Although the stories may make some people wary of going to Mecca, the intention is not to intimidate them. Rather, it is to make they realize their mistakes and hastens their repentance.
The first book about these experiences in Holy Land was published as Koleksi Terbaik Cerita dari Mekah (The Best Collection of Stories from Mecca) in 2009 and due to overwhelming response it was reprinted a year later.
