Ted Boehler is an Instructor in C.P.R., Life Saving, 1st Aid and is a Master Diving Instructor. It has been his observation that the hazards and accidents in diving diminish proportionately as the knowledge and training of diving personnel increases.
The material for this book is drawn from Ted's world- wide diving background, staff work for National Certification agencies, service as the Diving Officer at California State University at Long Beach, and vast experience in diver and supervisory programs.
