Description
The Industrial Relations Law of Malaysia is a readable introduction to the law of Industrial Relations with particular emphasis on trade unions of workmen and their relationship with employers. The author explains the law in a straight-forward manner without too much legal jargon. This book is eminently suitable for office managers/administrators, personnel managers, trade unionists and business studies and accountancy students preparing for professional and sub-professional examinations. The usefulness of this book is enhanced by the inclusion in the Appendix of the updated Industrial Relations Act, 1967 and the Industrial Relations Regulations, 1980.
