Elisha Chua is the Founder and Executive Director of Ripe Fields, a sister organization of a global organization working in about 50 countries. His focus is on obeying the Biblical Mandate by reaching out to the unreached and unengaged people groups in highly restricted countries.
Phyllis and Elisha have been in mission work for more than 20 years. In 1992, they started the Wycliffe national office from their home. Elisha served as its Founder and Executive Director until 2003. Then, they served in the Mediterranean region as well as in Indo-China. Elisha provided leadership at the regional and international level. Elisha also gave leadership to multi-ethnic teams from around the world.
Phyllis and Elisha are now actively serving in the Church Planting Movement among the unreached and unengaged people groups. Rev. Dr. Elisha graduated from the Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary with a Doctorate in Missiology. He served in the pastoral ministry for about 12 years before committing himself to mission work.
