Chances are, if you are picking this book up for the very first time, you would have seen many of these books that I have just talked about.
I have nothing against these books. They raise the public's awareness of real estate investments as an effective vehicle for wealth-creation and that alone is enough to spur many individuals like yourself to embark on this wonderful journey. Many of them are written by well-meaning individuals who sincerely want to help, and some of the better ones are written by my contemporaries.
My main contention, however, is that many of these books lack specificity of information, and that the advice they dispense are at times so general that we still need more information to take the next step.
