Praise be to Allah the Almighty. He is our Khaliq (creator) and Malik (Sovereign). He brings us into existence from non-existence. Allah is the only one who has created the heavens and the earth. Who has created life and death. Who has created all things and who has knowledge of the nature of all creations. Allah is our Sovereign. He is the Most Compassionate and Most Merciful.
Peace be unto our beloved prophet s.a.w. who is a Mercy for the entire mankind. Physician of our hearts. He brought glad tidings, solace and light in our hearts.
The purpose of this book is to instill courage, hope and love during the most critical and precious moment of our life. When a tragedy happens to us, most of us go through a phase of denial, anger, depression and finally acceptance. We would first disbelieve it and refuse to accept the truth. We would then become angry over our fate and suffer mental anguish and depression which cause us to be easily dismayed or lose hope. Only after these feelings have subsided that we would begin to realize the truth and learn to accept fate. Sometimes due to our own weaknesses the phase of denial and depression is prolonged and overpowers us. It is hoped that this book is able to guide us, give us strength and courage so we can reach the stage of acceptance.
