Mr. J. Victor Morais, editor, author and publisher, is a legend. He has written nearly thirty books on a wide range of subjects. He is better known as the founder editor of WHO'S WHO IN MALAYSIA which he launched in 1956. Today it has a world-wide subscription.
Mr. Morais is a former Perak State Executive Councillor, and a Past President of the Press Club of Malaysia and the Rotary Club of Ipoh. He has authored books on the lives and times of several famous Malaysians including the late Dato Onn bin Jaafar, Tun Abdul Razak, Tun Hussein Onn, Tun Tan Siew Sin and Datuk Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
