Description
Yoga Class is a clear and comprehensive approach to yoga, incorporating some Chi Gung movements. You will find it designed for beginner and intermediate students. Yoga Class includes 'natural breathing' - a flowing series of postures and relaxation. It begins with a relaxation period, bringing awareness about our natural breath, followed by a gentle series of limbering up movements to open the joints, unblock and stimulate energy flow. It then moves through a flowing series of dynamic and static postures to cleanse and strengthen, whilst continuing to generate and circulate energy throughout the whole body. The sequence concludes with a meditation to centre the body and mind. Gary Bromley, a true Yoga expert, will gently guide you throughout.
People of all ages and walks of life can enjoy yoga. Don't be concerned if you are unable to perform some of the postures. Yoga Class is designed to allow you to work within your own boundaries and remain free from goals. Do not strain or force your body into a posture. With regular practice, your body will become stronger, more flexible, and energy will increase.
