Returns and refund policy

If the book you received is damaged or an incorrect item, or you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service at sales@booksnbobs.com.

We will be happy to help resolve any issues you may have with your order.If you wish to return a book to us, please contact us within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the book.

Items returned as a result of an error on our part will receive a full refund. Items returned to us that was not the result of an error on our part, including items returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price excluding any shipping cost.

Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order.

All items will be inspected upon return, we ask that you please make sure the books are packed carefully to avoid any damage in transit.

Please note that if you are returning new books, they must be unused in order to receive a refund.
