All your Books n Bobs orders will be processed and ready for shipping within 3 working days. We will email a tracking number to you once it is ready to be collected by the courier services. For orders to East Malaysia, your tracking number will be provided after we have dropped off your parcels at the post office.
West Malaysia
We ship by courier for orders that weigh up to 5kg. For orders above 5kg, kindly contact us to get a quote on postage. For destinations in West Malaysia, we currently ship our orders with Line Clear Express. We may change to other courier services due to availability and rates consideration, without further notice.
East Malaysia
In order to help Books n Bobs’ customers save costs, we ship all orders below 2kg to East Malaysia by registered post (airmail) by Pos Malaysia. You will also have the option to ship your order by courier (Poslaju) upon checking out. For orders over 2kg in weight, you may choose to ship your books either by sea freight or by courier. Please note that the duration for sea freight is estimated to be 30 days from the time we drop off the parcel at a post office.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is ready for courier collection. You may track your order with the link we provide together in the email. At this moment, we do not ship to destinations outside of Malaysia but we are definitely working on providing this service in the future. We may switch to other courier services, due to availability and rates consideration, without further notice.
