Shipping

All your Books n Bobs orders will be processed and ready for shipping within 3 working days.  We will email a tracking number to you once it is ready to be collected by the courier services. For orders to East Malaysia, your tracking number will be provided after we have dropped off your parcels at the post office.    

West Malaysia

We ship by courier for orders that weigh up to 5kg. For orders above 5kg, kindly contact us to get a quote on postage. For destinations in West Malaysia, we currently ship our orders with Line Clear Express, ABX, and DHL.  We may change to other courier services due to availability and rates consideration, without further notice.    

East Malaysia

For orders below 2kg to East Malaysia, we will ship them by courier. For orders over 2kg in weight, you may choose to ship your books either by sea freight or by courier. Please note that the duration for sea freight is estimated to be 30 days from the time we drop off the parcel at a post office.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is ready for courier collection. You may track your order with the link we provide together in the email. At this moment, we do not ship to destinations outside of Malaysia but we are definitely working on providing this service in the future.   We may switch to other courier services, due to availability and rates consideration, without further notice.

Same Day Delivery

>> We do not offer same day delivery. However, you may select Self Collection at check out and send your rider/driver to collect your order. Please contact us at 011-1176 5095 to make an appointment for collection.

Lost After Delivery Policy
At Books n Bobs, we take great care in ensuring your orders are shipped securely and delivered to the address provided. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier (with proof of delivery), Books n Bobs is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of the package.

If your order is missing after delivery, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check with household members or neighbors in case it was received on your behalf.

Confirm the delivery location by reviewing the tracking details provided.

Contact the courier service directly to inquire about delivery confirmation or file a claim for missing packages.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to replace or refund orders that have been successfully delivered as per the tracking information. However, we deeply value our customers and encourage you to reach out to us—we’ll gladly assist in any way we can, such as guiding you through the claim process with the courier or offering a small store credit as a goodwill gesture in certain cases.
